I believe the best strategic plans are simple and straightforward. I find that a one-size-fits-all approach does not necessarily work best, especially in the current conditions we are in, where we must evolve and adapt according to a significant number of unknown factors.
My process leverages a variety of best-in-class organizational development models, including FocalPoint’s Clarity Module, Traction (EOS Model), Scaling Up (Rockefeller Habits), the Agile organizational model, and the Business Model Canvas.
Why Do You Need a Coach?
Quite simply, we bring balance and objectivity to the process. As a business owner, you are overwhelmed with lots of ideas, competing themes and sometimes conflicting ideas. As your business coach, I help you prioritize and understand where you need to place your energy.
As coaches, we are trained to ask questions, not solve problems. No one is better suited to build your strategy than you. But you often get swayed by new ideas (we call them “shiny objects”). We help you stay focused on the most important items. Furthermore, we help you identify often overlooked ideas that get pushed aside.
