The “eGrowth” Program
Are you an entrepreneur or small business owner that is ready to take your business to the next level? Have you been trying to get started, and just feel “stuck”. Perhaps you’ve been at it a while but cannot seem to get past the initial startup phase. FocalPoint’s eGrowth program may be the solution for you!
Designed as a program for entrepreneurs working to initiate or grow their business past the initial stages. This three-month program takes the best of our coaching and training material and packs it into eight dynamic, entertaining and challenging sessions. This is a very affordable, viable alternative to those business owners who are not ready for ongoing business coaching.
Why Do You Need Do This?
The program is designed to be affordable to the small business owner and entrepreneur*. This includes a personal DISC Behavior Assessment and a 1-on-1 coaching session (A $299 value). You will be part of a cohort of similarly minded business owners. In these sessions, you will not only learn from the FocalPoint material, but you will build relationships with a peer group that will last far beyond the initial program.

- WHAT PRODUCT or SERVICE can SATISFY them?
- WHERE do you CONNECT with them?
- HOW do you CONVERT them to CUSTOMERS?
Industry exclusivity covenant. If you are the first person to register within your industry, I will – at your request – lock out competitors from participating in that same cohort for a small fee. Some business leaders see value in sharing and learning from their competition. I leave this up to the first participant to enroll to make that decision.
