In this video I describe a situation with one of my clients. I was asked to assess the organization and help work through some issues they were having.
I conducted an organizational assessment, which included an evaluation of various aspects of their business. In particular, I conducted behavior analysis of the various leaders of the organization. What I discovered was one of the most glaring examples of how behavior styles can have a direct impact on performance and perceptions.
